The visit is scheduled on the call. The contractor confirms details, and you verify license and insurance before work begins.
Your ZIP code, a rough idea of the yard size, and the job in plain words: the lawn needs cutting every week, the front beds need rebuilding, the back slope is washing out. Photos on your phone help the contractor picture the yard, and knowing your grass type helps if you know it, but neither is required. If the yard has gates, dogs, slopes or sprinkler quirks, mention them on the call so the right equipment and time are booked.
Lines are open Open 9am-5pm CST, Mon-Sun. Lawn and landscaping is scheduled daytime work, so calls outside those hours wait for the next opening, and appointments are set for working hours.
