When you call LawnBooked, we collect the details needed to book your appointment: your name, phone number, address or ZIP code, and a description of the work. That information is shared with the contractor matched to your job so they can schedule and perform it. We do not sell your information to marketing lists.
This website does not run advertising trackers and does not require an account. Basic server logs (pages requested, time, browser type) are kept for security and troubleshooting and are not used to build advertising profiles.
Call recordings, where used, are for quality and for confirming appointment details. If you want to know what information we hold about you or want it deleted, write to help@lawnbooked.com and we will act on the request.
